Diesel pile hammer is currently the most popular pile machine in foundation engineering. It adopts the working principle of diesel engine to reach the ability of continuously piling with high piling efficiency. The independent forced lubrication pump technology significantly extend the lifespan of the pile hammer. The advanced oil supply system is compact in structure and operation and maintenanc is easy . It can make up for the insufficient of static pile press that it can not press batter piles.
Diesel hammer pile driver can drive wooden piles, metal piles, prefabricated concrete piles and concrete tample piles, in construction of buildings, bridges, whalf and marina driling platform. The upper and lower cylinder can be self-lubricated at multiple points. The jumping height of the pile hammer can be adjusted by gear shift of diesel pump. The safety of operation is secured by emergency shutdown device , emergency transportation device, and piston slide-out proof device.
